Hexad employees actively participate in the social welfare of the local community. Our team in India and Germany strive to make a difference through several Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Our employees organize and contribute to welfare programs at orphanage and old age homes. Most of our employees are genuinely interested in serving the less fortunate. We visit orphanges and old age homes in and around Bangalore periodically. We spend time with kids playing games, singing, dancing, teaching them and we also learn about subtle aspects of life from them. And most of our employees are doing it with an attitude of sharing and caring.
When you serve a less fortune person either materially or spiritually, you are not doing him/ her a favor. In fact the person who receives your help does you a favor by accepting what you give, and there by helps you to evolve into a better human.
CSR activities at Hexad
Anatha Sishu Sevashrama – Bangalore
Hexad team visited Anatha sishu sevashrama home for orphans. The inmates included children between 5 to 15yrs.It was pleasant surprise to note that the children recognized most of our staff members given that we had visited them in previous quarter. Many of inmates showed interested in playing and singing while a few silent ones went ahead with their regular tuitions. We handed over food items to the Management and distributed chocolates, cookies to children.
SOS Children Village –Bangalore
Our visit to SOS was on the occasion of one of our employees birthday. As we arrived at SOS it was inspiring to see the young children laughing and enjoying despite life's misfortunes thrust on them. SOS has this concept where a group of 10/15 children live together in a family with a motherly mentor and grow up with other children bonding as brothers and sisters. So this gives them a homely congenial surroundings to grow.
The Hexad team was allowed to meet one such SOS family. As we entered we noticed that the children were busy with their academic work and were being mentored by their mother. We distributed fruits and chocolates and they accepted it with humility. All of us felt our contribution, however small or big they may be, can make a huge difference in their lives.
